1. 대구 '공무원 점심시간 휴무제' 잠정 보류…노조 반발

2. 'Pan-citizen's rally' urges completion of Yeongju Dam, completed 6 years ago

5. TK신공항 '국가 예산' 지원 기재부와 일부 합의


대구경북신공항과 가덕도 공항, 광주 군공항 이전 사업의 핵심 쟁점이었던 국가 예산 지원을 두고 기재부와 일정 부분 합의를 본 것으로 보입니다. 3개 공항 모두 국가 지원 예산 범위가 동일해야 한다는 전제가 붙은 것으로 전해졌습니다. 21일 국회 국방위원회 법안심사소위에 참석한 국민의힘 임병헌 의원은 "기부 대 양여 방식을 원칙적으로 하면서 국가 예산을 지원할 수 있고, 예타 면제를 할 수 있다는 정도로 기재부의 의견이 정리됐다"며 "광주의 경우 국비 투입이 너무 많았다. 이에 수정안을 다시 올려 논의하기로 했다"고 설명했습니다. 이날 기재부가 국비 지원 부분에 대한 긍정적 의견을 밝힘에 따라 3월 대구경북신공항 특별법 통과에도 속도가 붙을 전망입니다.

6. 尹대통령, 이재명 체포동의안 재가…국회 27일 표결예정

윤석열 대통령이 더불어민주당 이재명 대표의 체포동의요구서를 재가했다고 대통령실이 21일 전했습니다. 대통령실은 이날 오전 대변인실 언론 공지를 통해 "이 대표 체포동의안은 20일 접수되어 대통령 재가가 이뤄졌고, 국회로 송부될 예정"이라고 밝혔습니다. 앞서 서울중앙지법은 지난 17일 서울중앙지검에 위례·대장동 개발 비리와 성남FC 후원금 의혹으로 구속영장이 청구된 이 대표의 '체포동의안'을 보냈습니다. 이후 대검찰청과 법무부를 거쳐 윤 대통령에게 체포동의요구서가 전달됐습니다. 여야는 24일과 27일 본회의를 열기로 합의했기 때문에 이 대표 체포동의안은 24일 본회의에서 보고하고 27일에는 표결 절차를 밟을 것으로 보입니다.

Since the ruling and opposition parties have agreed to hold plenary sessions on the 24th and 27th, the motion to arrest Lee is expected to be reported in the plenary session on the 24th and voted on the 27th.
